To Use L2TP On Windows 10:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PolicyAgent
- DWORD (32 bits) AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule with value 2.
- Restart and ensure CHAP and MS-CHAPv2 Under Security properties of Connection enabled in Control Panel>Network Connections
